Can you tell the difference between one CCTV camera and another?

As America has slowly become the land of the DIY project you can now find security camera kits everywhere from Costco and Wal-Mart. What many don't realize is that these are nothing short of toy devices with performance that matches its price. One of the most truthful sayings around is the one that says that "you get what you pay for"! Nevertheless, Americans seem oblivious of Chinese crap in a box even when it's right in front of.

It is true that next to hiring a securityguard company in Miami the next best thing you can do is install a CCTV surveillance system. But before you take that step is important for you to acknowledge what your real budget is. This is important because when it comes to selecting CCTV security cameras your budget would dictate the quality of the system you and dealt with.

If your budget is under $1000 and you have tools and are somewhat handy perhaps one of those box kids at Costco would be best for you on the other hand if you are able to spend anywhere between $2000 and up perhaps the best thing to do would be to hire one of the many MiamiCCTV installation companies.

Notice, that I said "many" and that is because selecting a company to install your CCTV system in Miami requires as much due diligence as selecting what brand, type and technology you are going to opt for with your security system. Depending on your budget, CCTV systems are grouped into two very distinctive types. One being the analogue once, this includes the majority of all box systems. And the other one are the digital or IP types.

Property installing a CCTV security camera system requires more than just mounting the devices and running cables. Selecting the mounting location based on lighting conditions, obstruction and view angle are just some of the things one has to be aware of. So, before you decide to be a hotshot and end up making a fool of yourself truly analyze the requirements of your given CCTV installation and whenever in doubt just hire a professional. Honestly, 90% of the times is just not worth dealing with the aggravation.

Is tanning worth the risk?

I think many Americans are aware of Patricia Krentcil, the New Jersey mom so obsessed with tanning that she even dragged her five-year-old daughter into a tanning bed salon. I mean not even me after living in Florida for more than 20 years have ever been ever obsessed with tanning especially tanning salons.

As a matter fact for the last 2 to 3 years I have switched over to airbrush tanning. Yes even here Miami spray tanning salons are catching on! After all, it makes sense. You go in and in 15 to 20 min. you have a beautiful golden tan without having to deal with the risk of direct Sun tanning and what is an even worse tanning bed.

It is unconceivable the number of tanning salons using tanning beds that are still in business. In more than one occasion the FDA has put out some very strong language regarding the side effect of these devices. It is said that your chances of developing skin cancer from tanning beds is as much as 70%. However, in California as well as here in Miami you still find plenty of tanning salons employee tanning beds.

While the number of Miami spray tanning salon is increasing I don't think and enough marketing and or advertising is being done about it. It is almost like if you know you know and if you don't know you don't know. Most high-quality airbrush tanning solutions are made out of natural organic ingredients and yes, anything you put in your skin including lotions may have some kind of side effect. However, the side effects of an airbrush tanning solution, specially an organic one, has to be considerably less than a 70% chance of getting skin cancer from a tanning bed.

If you live in South Florida and you have pale skin like me do yourself a favor Google “spray tanning Miami”, look for a place offering organic formulations, make an appointment and get off the sun. Trust me, a little color on your skin if not worth dying for! And regardless of whether commercials may say, tanning beds are not a part of a healthy lifestyle and yet a major cause of melanoma, one of the deadliest skin cancers.
